Dyeing

The fabric is dyed using various techniques and colorfast dyes, ensuring vibrant and lasting colors.

Finishing

The fabric undergoes a finishing process to provide a soft, smooth feel and enhance its durability.

The manufacturing begins with polymer, a long train of synthetic fibers. The fibers are extruded, wound onto spools and dried. Once dried, they are twisted into yarn, then woven or knitted into fabric. The last step is to finish and cut the fabric.
