Fabric Manufacturing process

We offer a diverse range of high-quality cotton fabrics tailored to meet your needs:

Spinning

The polymer is melted, extruded into filaments, and twisted into yarn, ready for fabric production.

Weaving

The yarn is woven into fabric using weaving machines, forming the base structure of the fabric.

Dyeing

The fabric is dyed using various techniques and colorfast dyes, ensuring vibrant and lasting colors.

Finishing

The fabric undergoes a finishing process to provide a soft, smooth feel and enhance its durability.

The manufacturing journey starts with polymer production, a long chain of synthetic fibers. These fibers are extruded, wound onto spools, and dried. Once dried, they are twisted into yarn and woven or knitted into fabric. Finally, the fabric is finished and cut to the desired size and shape.

Note: Many of our fabrics are outsourced for production.
